A few license details.
What is included, and what happens after 12 months?
The planned paid entitlement includes 12 months of updates and normal email support from purchase. Every version received under that entitlement remains licensed for continued use.
Support covers installation, supported setups, ordinary use and reproducible faults. It does not include studio IT administration, data recovery, editing tuition or 24/7 production cover. Documentation, license/payment help and bug/security reporting remain available after coverage ends.
How do optional updates work?
After included coverage, an optional update pass provides 12 months of updates and normal email support. It includes the current release and subsequent Nexus MAM releases, including major versions, during coverage.
Renew early to add 12 months after existing coverage. Return after a gap to start 12 months from that pass purchase. No automatic renewal or fees for skipped years. Without a pass, keep your licensed versions and licensed Worker/team-member counts; future OS or editor compatibility is not guaranteed.
Is the beta free? What happens after beta?
The beta is free to download. It remains usable until one week after the paid release. The paid release date has not been announced. Joining the release notification list requires no payment.
Beta availability and support details will accompany the download. Purchasing is not open yet, and no automatic payment or paid upgrade is triggered by joining the beta.
Check build status →What about maintenance and security fixes?
Published corrective patches for entitled, maintained releases remain free after commercial coverage ends. Security fixes during a declared security-support lifetime do not require a paid pass. This is not a promise of lifetime maintenance.
